Zwei bis sechs Personen finden ausreichend Platz zur Entspannung und Erholung. In zehn Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Ortszentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Der Loipeneinstieg und die Bushaltestelle (u. a. zum Schigebiet Winklmoosalm) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ihrem Erholungs- oder Aktivurlaub steht nichts mehr im Wege. Die komfortable Wohnung mit ca. 65 m² Wohnfläche verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und WC.

Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer kann bei Bedarf die Eckcouch in eine Schlafgelegenheit umgewandelt werden. Fernseher (Kabel) und Radio bieten die gewohnten Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.
Die separate Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet (Geschirrspülmaschine) und mit einer Essecke ausgestattet.
