Die Wohnungen verfügen über eine Terrasse sowie eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, seperatem Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich, Bad mit Dusche/WC, Flachbild-TV und kostenlosem WLAN-Zugang.  Einen großen Parkplatz finden Sie ebenfalls direkt am Haus. Rund um das Haus erstreckt sich der große Garten mit Liegewiese und bietet Ihnen Entspannung mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen. Zusätzlich erhalten Sie kostenfreien Eintritt im Hallenbad/Sauna, welches Sie in ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Im Winter haben Sie nur wenige Schritte zu den traumhaften Loipen und Wanderwegen. Die Bushaltestelle zum Skigebiet Winklmoos-Alm/Steinplatte liegt ca. drei Minuten entfernt. Für Ihre Ausrüstung steht Ihnen ein Skiraum mit Schuhtrockner zur Verfügung.
