This recently and tastefully renovated cottage is semi-detached on one side and not overlooked.

You will enjoy its spaciousness and numerous rooms, as well as its beautiful view of the valley, all accessible via a quiet road.

You can enjoy the tranquility of the setting or discover the area's attractions: walks, the spa towns of Vittel and Contrexéville, and a karting circuit 6 km away.
Located between Mirecourt, the city of violins and lace (8 km) and the spa resort of Vittel (15 km). 40 km from Epinal. Golf course, casino, and racecourse are located in Vittel. Bouzey Lake 37 km away, Nancy less than an hour away, the Hautes Vosges 1-1.5 hours away. Neufchâteau 38 km away. Domremy-la-Pucelle 45 km away and Chaumont 1 hour away.
