La Roche Cozy Forest Escape

Tucked away in the peaceful surroundings of La Roche-en-Ardenne, this stylish 2-bedroom holiday home is perfect for a family of 4 seeking a relaxing Ardennes retreat. With a bubble bath, central heating, and a wood-burning stove, the home offers comfort and charm in every season. The fenced garden and private terrace make it ideal for enjoying nature and outdoor dining.

Inside, the home features a warm and inviting living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and cozy seating around the stove. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machines. A cot and high chair are available for little ones, and 1 pet is welcome for €20 per stay. Please note: youth groups are not allowed, and parking is provided on-site.

Located just 300 m from the forest, the home is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, kayaking on the Ourthe River, and cross-country skiing in winter. Restaurants and a supermarket are just 5 km away, and the ski slopes are within easy reach.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Gezellig appartementje met mooie tuin. De kamers en ruimtes zijn goed verdeeld en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien. De kachel is heel gezellig, het bubbelbad ook. Het grote raam zorgt voor veel lichtinval. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk. Er liggen veel mooie wandelingen vlakbij. Het enige minpunt is dat het gehorig is. De tussenverdiepingen zijn niet goed geïsoleerd, dus je hoort de gastvrouw die beneden woont wel goed.

De gite is erg goed verzorgd. Heel erg schoon en netjes. Alles was heel en nergens slijtage o.i.d. De gite was zeer compleet uitgerust. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De ligging is ook erg mooi en als je een hond hebt, erg prettig. Uitlaten was makkelijk, en wandelen in de omgeving was ook prettig. Het bos ligt op 5 minuten lopen van de gite. Je kan daar verschillende wandelingen maken. Wij hebben het erg naar os zin gehad.

Zeer mooi verblijf met alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die vrij goed Nederlands praat. Alles tip top verzorgd. Het enige minpunt daar is de ontvangst van WiFi en netwerk. In de beschrijving staat dat er een dvd is maar dat is niet het geval. Goede bedden. Zeer mooie natuurlijke omgeving om te wandelen of te mountainbiken en fietsen. Je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat het redelijk bergop en bergaf gaat. Mooie tuin en mogelijkheid om wagen te parkeren op het domein van het verblijf. Echt een aanrader. Misschien een tip voor de gastvrouw is vliegenramen voorzien want er zijn wel veel vliegen.
