Le Moulin: detached and converted mill of the XVII th Century, in a lovely and preserved village, on a fenced plot of land of 4500 sq.m. It is bordered by the Vingeanne River (2nd category) and located near the Burgundy Canal (300 metres away) and the Saône (4 km away).
Includes on ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom and toilets. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including 2 communicating ones (5 beds of 160 and 2 beds of 90 cm), bathroom, toilets. Central heating, terrace, TNT. Small boat with a 2, 50 metre fish-tank for 2 people available.
Heating: € 15 / day depending on period. Wood: € 25. Final cleaning available with extra fee. Riverside gîte, the river is safe. 2 canoes for 2 people each at your disposal. Deer in the park.
