The Cocoonr agency presents to you for rent, in Rennes, this warm 30m² apartment located in the heart of the historic center, in the most beautiful tree-lined courtyard in the city, in the quiet of a 17th century residence classified as a historic monument full of charm. Located on 1ᵉʳ (without elevator), Arty will welcome you alone or in pairs for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance with separate WC
- A living room with TV, dining room
- An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, hotplates, washing machine, etc.
- A bathroom
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140x190). Please note that the ceiling height is a little low (1.10 m).
The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
