The flat is on the ground floor, not overlooked, and can easily accommodate people with reduced mobility (only one small step to climb), although it does not meet PRM standards.

Le Havane "Je recommande le logement ! 🙂 L emplacement Beau logement avec beaucoup d equipements de rangement La decoration est sympa. et Ă©purĂ© Le logement est spacieux Bien situe en centre ville 🙁 La serrure d entree difficle d acces La propretĂ© est a revoir dans l ensemble c est propre mais quand on regarde de plus pres il y a de la poussiere dans les recoins et des cheveux dans la salle de bains que ne nous appartiennent pas Les traces sur la vitre de la chambre Il aurait fallu mettre des torchons a disposition et une bouteille d eau a discretion au frais a l arrivee des clients Mais globalement nous avons passe un tres bon sejour et un lieu que je recommande vivement Gare sncf pas loin arrets de bus a proximitĂ© et carrefour city a 5 min a pied c est parfait"

El barrio es tranquilo y aunque pasan trenes cerca, ni se oyen. 🙁 Es un local comercial transformado en vivienda. Por eso no tiene ventanas normales. Hay una habitaciĂłn ciega que no se puede ventilar. Durante el dĂ­a es luminoso pero al anochecer le falta luz, sobretodo en la cocina. TenĂ­a una silla y la lampara de pie del comedor rotas. Lo dijimos a la empresa gestora del alojamiento y nos dijeron que ya lo sabĂ­an y que no podĂ­an hacer nada. La cerradura del apartamento era infernal. Cada vez que tenias que entrar o salir te tenias que pelear con ella un rato. La gestora tambiĂ©n nos dijo que lo sabĂ­an pero que no podĂ­an hacer nada. Si vas con coche, no tiene parquing. Tienes que aparcar en la calle. Aparcamos delante siempre y sin pagar. Pero creo que lo de aparcar en la calle sin pagar va a cambiar pronto."

NĂ©anmoins, nous avons quelques soucis : - serrure de l’entrĂ©e principale dĂ©fectueuse nous obligeons Ă  passer par l’arriĂšre de domicile . - portes coulissantes des chambres pas difficiles Ă  ouvrir/ fermer. - absence de matelas et draps pour le lit bĂ©bĂ© que nous avions demandĂ©. Une erreur Ă©galement avec les horaires d’arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part via le site AirBnb ( qui nous autorisait Ă  arriver Ă  partir de 15h00 et Ă  partir Ă  12h00) et le site de l’entreprise (16h00 - 11h00). Et heureusement, ils ont changĂ© la dĂ©co, c'est plus sobre et bien moins vulgaire que sur les photos! 🙁 >> Faire payer le lit bĂ©bĂ©, c'est sacrĂ©ment mesquin vu le prix total dĂ©jĂ  de la nuitĂ©e... Et harceler avec (j'ai comptĂ©!) HUIT mails au total dans la journĂ©e parce qu'on n'a pas payĂ© dĂšs rĂ©ception de la facture pour le lit-bĂ©bĂ©, c'est encore plus bas de gamme. >> La plus proche boulangerie se trouve Ă  15-20 minutes Ă  pied. >> Pas supra flexible pour l'arrivĂ©e etc, tout doit ĂȘtre prĂ©vu au cordeau.
