With a floor area of 75 m², this house can accommodate up to 4 guests and features Wi-Fi (fibre optic).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
A bright 25 m² living area with a seating area and television.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
A small adjoining utility room.

2nd floor:
A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
The bathroom is a true work of art, retaining the original Odorico mosaics, and fitted with a bath.
A hallway fitted with bespoke storage, including a desk concealed under the stairs.

3rd floor:
A landing with a desk.
A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
A modern bathroom with a shower.

Please note:
The original internal staircase, preserved in its authentic style, is narrow and steep. It adds to the house’s unique charm, but may not be suitable for young children, people with reduced mobility or those who have difficulty walking.

4* hotel-quality linen: sheets, towels and tea towels provided.
