Enjoy a stylish stay in this centrally located home designed for comfort, relaxation, and good energy. This is the kind of place you come back to after a full day of adventures!! Kick off your shoes, unwind, and feel instantly at ease.
The backyard is a true highlight, with towering trees that create a peaceful, shaded setting for outdoor dining or slow evenings outside. As the sun sets, the space really comes alive, string lights turn on automatically, transforming the yard into a cozy, magical spot perfect for relaxing, gathering, or simply soaking in the moment.
You’ll be ideally located near UNR, Rancho San Rafael Park, Midtown, the Reno–Sparks Convention Center, and the Truckee River’s dining and entertainment scene. It’s easy to spend the day exploring Lake Tahoe and return to Reno for dinner, nightlife, or a quiet night in.
Guests enjoy full, private access to the home. Street parking is available directly in front of the house on Washington St. One additional parking spot may be available in the shared driveway, accessed from Ridgeway Ct.
The owners occasionally stay in a separate unit at the back of the property and may briefly be in the yard for gardening. If you’re lucky, you might even meet Truffles and Portabella! Two friendly, well-supervised schnoodles who use the yard only occasionally.
The shared backyard is all yours to enjoy, featuring a deck, picnic table, and thoughtfully curated summer seating (reserved for guest use). Evening is the best time to be out there, when the lights glow, the trees sway, and the space feels extra special.
