Room service breakfast was delicious and quick. Most employees were pleasant and helpful. Spa was ok, not as wonderful as i thought. Worst massage I have ever recieved. Restaurants in the hotel were not that great, even the expensive steakhouse. Hotel itself, great. Clean, great view from room, nice location away from the dirty downtown.

The girl at the front desk didn’t care that I was a platinum member, not to mention I am a ruby member of the monarch rewards club for the Atlantis. This is the worst front desk experience I have had here. It was a very ordinary experience. Nothing too terrible, but definitely not exceptional. Other properties offer free upgrades to platinum vip Expedia members. Usually the Atlantis is a pretty exceptional property. It was disappointing if I’m being totally honest.

The room was great, however, it was the noise from the hallway, the room across from our room & the room next door, all night long, people screaming & running down the hall, loud talking & laughing, slamming of hotel room doors my husband & i got no sleep. We tried to eat at the buffet, we got to the buffet right when they opened the doors, 2 hours later we were still in line waiting with no sign of the entrance to the buffet we gave up & decided to do room service.

The Atlantis is a beautiful place to stay in Reno! They have plenty of great restaurants on site. Our room was great with an amazing view. The elevators were fast and always ready. The best part, in your room they have a PILLOW MENU! You can choose from a variety of pillows to suit your needs. We will definitely stay here again!
