I made my room reservation two months ago, and paid for a two beds room which was priced higher than one king bed room. I also called the hotel twice beforehand indicating that I would need a two beds room. When I arrived, the hotel told me there was no two beds room available and the staff was rude. Try to avoid this hotel if you can

Had a weekend stay at this hotel. We had never stayed here before and were excited to try somewhere new. Booked a pedi at the spa and had to cancel. Called 4 that morning and had to leave message to cancel. I was charged anyway. Also charged an additional $100 and staff could not tell me why. Terrible customer service when I called to ask why. I won’t be getting the money back. Next time we go back I will stay at the trusted GSR

I wish there was a place to fill up a water bottle. We had to spend around $40 on bottled water. The renovations happening were not an issue. I also went to the spa for a massage and I guess the weekends are more busy because it was PACKED at the spa. I wasn’t able to enjoy the facilities as much because I just couldn’t even sit down there was so many people.

Overpromised, underdelivered

The staff were great - very professional.and curious. The property was okay. Nice rooms, but very loud hallway and dining options were limited in service. Also, missing a nice bar area that once can sit to have a drink, watch a game and NOT have to gamble. It was impossible to get to the spa, so the flat fee they charge for it (which is now also taxed) seems like a rip-off... that was disappointing. Parking was also a hot mess. Very nice staff (and an awesome comedy show) were absolutely redeeming.

Great location, spacious suites

Very reasonable room price. Separate living room, so we could sit on a couch and chair to watch TV instead of the bed. Very spacious suite. Great location, right next door to Harrah's, only steps away. Parking was $35 per night. With a platinum Harrah's card, you can park next door for free, unlimited. (I think having active military or veteran status will get you a platinum card.) My only negative comment would be that the gal checking us in did not mention we had a $30 food and beverage credit for our 3-night stay, and we spent money in their restaurant and little grocery store while we were there. The woman checking us out mentioned it, and waited for us while we spent $30 for snacks in the store, (our only choice), which was very nice of her. Thank you.
