I had the BEST experience at the Comfort Inn in Reno. A lock on the door and clean sheets are usually enough for me but these guys go above and beyond. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was stranded due to a cancelled flight and they set me up with extra toiletries that I needed, quarters and soap for the on-site laundry, and allowed me to check in early (I returned not long after checking out when my flights were cancelled for the second day in a row). Hot breakfast was great and if I weren’t exhausted from traveling I would have loved to use the fitness room. Airport shuttle was a major plus too. Amazing hospitality, thank you so much!

The room was very clean overall. Very convenient location. Walking distance to Costco. Didn’t do the walk but can walk to the airport in about 15 minutes. They have a shuttle bus to/from the airport.

This was a good experience. It had a nice mountain view as an unexpected bonus. Included a hot breakfast. The room as on par with more expensive hotels. The staff was good.

This was close to the airport so it was a short Uber ride. The beds were extremely comfortable! Will go back again!

Terrible smell in our room- like death. Searched all over the room looking for the culprit- no luck. Asked the front desk if they could help us with the situation- they said they didn’t have another room and to open a window. It appeared as if this may have been a common situation as it looked like the lock had been broken before we were there. I gave them a better rating on service because they helped us get checked in early so we could clean up for a funeral- which was nice.

My trip was awwsome. The rooms were clean, the windows opened which was a plus. Breakfast was amazing, and the dining area was kept clean at all times. The cons were I would have preferred whipped cream with my strawberry waffles and a galss of milk. But overall my stay was amazing. I do recommend and I will book with them again

Rude and lazy staff, dirty rooms. The mirror wasn’t clean and there were stains from god knows what all over the bathroom and room. The sheets looked clean but they were wrinkly as if someone hadn’t changed them from the previous guest. It’s like they barely cleaned the room. Checkout is traditionally at 11pm and they banged on the door at 10:37 as we were packing up our things to leave. They did the same thing again 10 minutes later as we were about to leave, then they called the rooms phone twice which the first call we overheard them talking about us negatively and then they just hung up as we were waiting for them to say anything. The second call was a rude guy who was rushing us out. We checked out at 10:50. They are rude and impatient and the rooms are very questionable. Avoid this place and go to the Aiden Best Western instead where we stayed our second night after this horrible place. The rooms at the Aiden Best Western are spotless, very clean, kind respectful staff, and there is a Two Chicks Cafe inside. It’s less expensive too. I’m a local and very disappointed at the low standards of this hotel. I recommend the Aiden Best Western instead.

The toilet seat was broken; the toilet handle was broken; there was hair in the shower and on the shower curtain; there was hair on the bed comforter; the most disturbing is that at 4:00 a.m. someone was able to use a room key and unlock our room door.
