As you arrive in the peaceful Willow Hills neighborhood, a sense of calm sets in. The quiet streets, shaded by mature trees, lead you to a stunning two-story home with a wide driveway and a three-car garage—plenty of room for everyone to park, unpack, and settle in.

Step inside, and you’re greeted by light-filled spaces, thoughtfully updated from top to bottom. Brand-new luxury vinyl flooring gleams underfoot, evoking the warmth of hardwood with the durability you need for group stays. The walls are painted in soft, modern desert tones, contrasted by crisp white trim and brand-new finishes throughout.

This home was made for gathering. Downstairs, the open living room beckons with a full-size pool table, board games, and a cozy seating area in front of the TV—perfect for evening competitions or lazy movie nights. Just beyond, the family room invites deeper connection with plush couches (including a pull-out bed for extra guests), a second TV, and views into the garden-like backyard.

One of the secondary upstairs bedrooms offers two king beds (yes, really!), while two more rooms each feature cozy queen beds. Downstairs, a private bedroom and full bath are ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, or for in-laws, teens, or visiting friends.

All bedrooms are outfitted with soft, clean bedding, blackout curtains, and calming décor inspired by the surrounding high desert—simple, elegant, and rooted in nature.

Our home is yours to use during your stay and you will not be disturbed, but our local team in Reno is just a phone call or message away if you ever need anything or have questions!

Our home is located in an ideal Sparks location in the Willow Hills neighborhood, just short walk or drive to shopping centers that offer dining, shopping, and more.

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly and respectful neighbors, and we ask that you also respect our neighbors by keeping the noise levels down at night. This is NOT a party house, and our maximum occupancy is 14 guests.

The area is very Uber/Lyft friendly if you need to call transportation. The closest shopping centers are Marina Marketplace and The Outlets at Legends, respectively. We're extremely close to many popular attractions in the area as well:

- 1 hour from Lake Tahoe/Truckee
- 15 min from UNR
- 15 min from Reno Tahoe airport
- 15 min from Downtown/Midtown Reno

The fireplace in the family room is currently undergoing repair, and will not be available for use by guests. We will update the listing here the moment it is fixed and available!

In the wintertime in Sparks, Nevada, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or a 4-wheel drive may be necessary to reach our home. Please note that no refunds will be provided due to weather or snow conditions, or inadequate preparation for winter driving.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and quiet environment!
- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.
- Small dogs and cats are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the neighborhood.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day.
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, shared neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)
- Loud, rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, or disorderly behavior is not allowed at any time. We will give one courtesy warning for any such behavior. If such behavior continues, you and your party can be evicted without refund.
- Normal cleaning fees are included in all rental rates, however additional billing will occur for any excessive/abnormal cleaning, damages, or missing items.
- Please do not dispose of any excessive waste at the property (more than about 2 trash bags per day) or bring large items that you intend throw away. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $1000.
- Please make sure to fully turn off the BBQ after use
- Please do not use the white towels on the floor, on kitchen surfaces, or for cleaning make up—there are kitchen/make up towels and paper towels provided
- Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the home
- Please make sure doors and windows are closed & locked when leaving the unit.
- Linens, blankets, and towels are not to be removed from the home. Please do not take these items to parks or outdoor venues.
