Welcome to The Marina, your haven in Reno/Sparks, Nevada 16 miles from Mt. Rose & 26 Lake Tahoe! Newly renovated , this home is more than just a place to stay-its a sanctuary crafted for executives and their families and travelling professionals to bond, relax, play, and create lasting memories while visiting the Biggest Little City.

The kitchen features GE Appliances and large quartz countertops. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, drinkware and Tupperware. Kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster, hand-mixer, and Crockpot.

Every room was carefully remodeled and staged to provide comfort and functionality. Upgrades include new luxury vinyl flooring, fresh paint, new bathroom vanities, lighting, toilets, shower heads and more. The exterior and backyard were equally designed for lounging and recreational space with no maintenance. Additional outdoor upgrades include new exterior paint, large paver patio and access to the Marina walking path.

Guest parking includes a large double-deep paved driveway, a 2-car garage and street parking.

We have a keyless entry system and will provide a four digit access code to guests and instructions on using the pad at that time.

Our home offers one 55” TV in the primary bedroom, two 65” TV’s, one in the family room and one in the bonus room. All major streaming services are accessible including Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, Peacock, YouTube, etc.

The property adjoins The Sparks Marina which offers a children's playgrounds, beach area, walking path to both the Legends Mall, Theater, Restaurants and the Water Bar with live music and calendared nights.

This property is close to shopping, schools, hospitals and has amazing lake, city and mountain views. The perfect place to stay and only minutes from, Legends Outlet Mall. grabbing dinner at any number of great restaurants and then off to the ski slopes or hiking the Tahoe Rim trail.
