Close to Everything Reno! Old Northwest Reno is an established quiet neighborhood.The home is 999 sq. Ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath with double sinks. There is a desk in the main bedroom if you need one. This home just finished a long term complete remodel and we’ve tried to think of everything you’ll need for your stay. Each room has a smart TV and mini-splits condition each room. There is a completely separate basement unit. The entrances are separate and the yards are fenced separately as well. Long term tenant is a professional that works long hours. We widened the driveway so both units share. The garage is not available for car storage but available to store important things while you’re staying there.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of University of Nevada-Reno. Laundry facilities are available. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.
