Room was so spacious, clean, well laid out, bed was super comfortable and it was quiet. Only gripe is there's only 1 very small elevator for the hotel with a small corridor while you wait & check in across the parking lot inside the casino was a little strange. Parking for check in was full since it's inside the casino. On a busy weekend, just park over on the hotel side and walk over. Parking will be on the other side of the hotel building, not the casino side. Where the lake side is. Well lit parking, walking trail to take dog potty, they provide potty bags and trash cans for pick up, convenient location to drive to store & food. We will stay here every time we come through Reno as long as they keep their best rates. $25/ nt for pet was better than most. Reason we booked here in the first place! Glad we did.

The room smelled like marijuana really bad. Just walking into the building you could smell it. I know it’s legal here but you shouldn’t be able to smoke it in the building. Staff could walk in and smell it right away.

When I arrived for check-in the desk clerk informed me that I was moved from a king to two queens. When I complained she informed me that because I had booked with a third party rather than directly with the property my reservation was not guaranteed. After standing my ground I was assigned to a king room. The rate I paid was very low so I will keep this short. The wifi was terrible, almost impossible to stay connected. The building was supposed to be non-smoking but it wreaked of cigarettes. The clientele appeared to be very seedy. I cannot recommend this place. There are way too many places in Reno that would have been better. Wish I had stayed in the Legends area.

The room was nice and comfortable. The only thing it lacked was a comfortable chair. It didnt even have a real desk chair. Had to sit on the bed or in a straight back hard chair not comfortable. It was clean and convenient. Shower was great. Price was good.
