With stunning mountain views, Apartment No. 2 at Sallrain Hof is located in the village of Lengmoos near Klobenstein/Collalbo and impresses guests with its fantastic panorama. The 67 m² apartment features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to five guests (the fifth guest sleeps on a folding bed). The bathroom includes a bidet. Amenities include heating, cable and satellite TV. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Please note that heating is not available during summer (June, July, and August).

This impressive farmhouse from the 11th century sits at 1,100 m above sea level on the sunny Ritten plateau, Bolzano’s local mountain, in the heart of South Tyrol. Quiet and surrounded by greenery yet centrally located, the farmhouse offers panoramic views of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage) and the village of Lengmoos. The apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the center of Klobenstein. Nearby are the Ritten earth pyramids, public transport (narrow-gauge railway, bus stop), a speed skating rink (ten minutes on foot), and the Rittner Horn ski area (four kilometers away). An outdoor pool and swimming lake are also nearby. From May to November, guests can fish in the property’s lake.

Alles Top, allerdings sollte man nicht auf WLAN und Co angewiesen sein! Mit Ausnahme der Küche, quasi keinen Empfang! Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Gern wieder!
