This was our second stay this summer and it felt just like home. The check in was easy and the communication was great with the host. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we were able to prepare our meals.

Great Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean. It accommodated us seven adults very well. We particularly enjoyed the sunroom and the dogs enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. The owner of the property was very friendly and helpful. The neighbors were friendly. Overall great place to stay. We definitely want to stay there again in the future.

Adorable Lake House

My friend and I wanted to get our families together like we’ve done before over Labor Day and Harlan Reservoir is the perfect place between KC and Denver. The house fit our families well. The kitchen is nicely organized and has lots of utensils, there’s plenty of couch space and the beds were comfortable.

Very well kept property with nice amenities, especially the enclosed porch. Appliances all work fine although we needed a little help to figure out the dishwasher. We plan on returning again.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean with lots of room. Two living/media areas. Excellent beds and bedding. New bathroom towels. Fully functional kitchen with new dinnerware and kitchen utensils. Tonya was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
