A lovely barn conversion in a quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break or as a touring base.. 2 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Rear patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. 2 small dogs welcome. No smoking.. This lovely barn conversion has been sympathetically converted with oak flooring, vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. The wood burner is ideal for cosy nights in after a day exploring, and the double bedroom will aid in a good nights sleep. Outside there is a private patio overlooking an orchard to the rear where you can relax in and enjoy this peaceful location.
There are many good cycle routes and walks throughout the area, including along the banks of the nearby River Trent. Take advantage of having a local pub that serves good food and only a short walk from the property. Lincoln is approximately a 20-minute drive away, where you can explore the castle, the Magna Carta Centre and the splendid cathedral. You can also choose to spend the day shopping, or just sitting and watching the world go by in the vibrant Brayford Wharf area. Fishing is available 1 mile away. Newark Showground is well known for its international antiques fairs and within a 20-minute drive. The Croft can be booked together with the owner’s other property The Stables (W43862) to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
