Casa di Vangelis is a beautiful, traditional house, located in the picturesque village of Chromonastiri, only a short drive away from Rethymno Old Town and its long sandy beach. This 100 m2 Villa can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 spacious bedrooms.
Layout
The Villa consists of two independent areas with private entrances, both of which have access to the outdoor area.
First Building - Ground Floor:
-Living room with white decor, corner sofa, books, games, 50 TV, and direct access to the pool area
-One bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and 32 TV
-Family bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine
First Building - First Floor:
-Two bedrooms: one with a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and one with two semi-double beds (1.40 x 2.00 m)
-Shared bathroom with a shower cabin and a double sink
Second Building - Ground Floor:
-Fully equipped kitchen with indoor dining area and all necessary appliances for self-catering
Second Building - First Floor
-One bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), 32 TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin
-All bedrooms are air-conditioned, bright and airy, with comfortable mattresses, shutters, and mosquito nets throughout
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of the villa is also very carefully designed, offering a variety of facilities, which include:?
- A 40 sq. m. private swimming pool. Minimum depth: 1.00 m. Maximum depth: 1.60 m.
- The terrace is equipped with a hammock, 6 sun beds, 3 umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, so you can sunbathe and relax by the pool all day long.
- Fully equipped gas barbecue facilities.
- Outdoor dining table next to the pool.
-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
