Villa Iliahtida is a beautifully restored stone house from 1880, located in the heart of the traditional village of Maroulas, just 8 km from the center of Rethymno. Combining historical charm with modern amenities, the villa covers 150 m² and can accommodate up to six guests in total comfort. It offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.



Inside, the warm, inviting atmosphere is enhanced by stone walls, wooden details, and tasteful furnishings. The open-plan living area features a cozy sitting space, satellite TV, and a large dining table, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, ideal for longer stays. A bathroom with a washing machine is also available on the ground floor, along with the elegant master bedroom that offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.



Upstairs, two more bedrooms await—one with a double bed and one with twin beds—each with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony.
