The recently completed natural stone villa is approx. 320 square meters in size and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Thanks to its design, it offers a particularly pleasant living atmosphere.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle... In the living room there is a large television with satellite reception. Almost all German free channels can be received.

In front of the living room there is a large terrace and the spacious pool area, which is equipped with high-quality furniture, loungers and a dining area. The villa has a heated pool!

Additionally there is also a pool deck.

All rooms have roller blinds and are equipped with fly screens. Underfloor heating provides further comfort in the cooler seasons.

Interested nature lovers will also get their money's worth. If you like hiking, you can start directly from the villa.

In the garden there is an approx. 15 x 5 m, heatable swimming pool (weather permitting) price on request. There is an outdoor shower available in the pool area. A gas grill and an outdoor sink can be found in the patio area.

You can reach the nearest beach after approx. 10 km.

A car is recommended. Simply park it under the shaded carport that is available for you.

Normal move-in time is 2 p.m. and move-out time is 10 a.m.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
