The space



Interior:

Spread in a total of 150sqm this brand new two-storey villa will be your peaceful haven while in Crete. Each space is characterized as vast and spacious. Nothing feels packed or rushed interdepending our core values for an ultra -comfort and luxurious stay.

As you enter the ground floor you first encounter an open plan living room with direct access to the pool area and a modern fully equipped kitchen with what is needed to prepare your favorite meals (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee machine & espresso, dishwasher, boiler, toaster, kitchen ware & utensils etc.- 55' smart Satellite Tv in living room). Fine high-tech appliances and high-quality furniture represent the overall atmosphere of the villa. Additionally soft muted tones and minimal elements reflects the reverence of superior architecture given by its creators.

Moving further, right next to the kitchen you will find the master bedroom featuring a king size bed and an ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower.

A metal staircase will lead you on the first floor. On your right hand the door will lead you to the twin bedroom with its ensuite full bathroom and private balcony with amazing sea views.

On the other side, the third bedroom of this marvelous villa featuring a double bed and a private terrace overlooking the village, rural mountain views and partial sea views. Boasting on the center a large exterior living room, this might be your favourite place to enjoy the very first sip or coffee in the morning or your glass of wine, while the sun sets and clouds get a soft candy appeal.

Each bedroom is equipped with high quality anatomical mattresses and satellite Smart TVs (40' in the two double bedrooms & 32' in the twin bedroom). All areas of the villa are fully airconditioned and complimentary Wi-fi is available through the villa (in & out).

Our villa's best feature is the central private 23sqm (1.4m deep) heated pool (if you require the pool to be heated, extra charge is applied). A warm or a refreshing dive, depending on the time you wish to visit our island and your own private needs will elevate your experience. An interior yard crafted in such way to provide extra privacy and peace & quiet to its guests. It will be your starting and ending point whether you are a thirsty explorer or a committed slow -living guest. Heartwarming al fresco bites using our villas BBQ facilities and freshly made delicious cocktails with your loved ones, will be the peak of your stay.



Located in Chamalevri village, just 2kms from the closest beach and in walking distance from a couple of local teverns, with traditional cuisine, it is in a perfect spot if you want to live like a local in a small pictersque village, while only 15-20 min away from the town of Rethymno. Exploring mostly the North part of Rethymno a lot of beautiful sandy or rocky beaches can be reached quickly.

All guests are expected to check in after 15.00 and check out by 10.00. We are happy to arrange an early check in or a late check out if we know in advance and if next/previous guests' schedule allows us to arrange that.



Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.

While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
