The Apartment
NIMA 1 apartment is a colorful, bright, modern-style property adjusted to guests' needs.
Entering the apartment, the welcoming entrance with the fuchsia wall gives to the guest the first hint of its style. On the right-hand side, there is the living room with the large bright blue sofa, the 55” flat, smart TV, and a desk appropriate for work (for those who absolutely need to combine work with vacation). Next follows the first large bedroom, with the 2 beds which can be either separated or attached together, offering this way a king-size bed. Newly built wooden closet, big enough to facilitate the guests, with a new air-condition and direct access to the balcony. This bedroom can be really atmospheric especially in the evening, using the secret lighting at the head of the bed.
Going further, one steps into the fully equipped, modern kitchen. All the necessary appliances are there, ready to be used for the preparation of delicious meals. The large dining table will become the hotspot of the place for all friends and families that will have the privilege to stay in this apartment. A big refrigerator, a steal oven, a new ceramic cooking hobs, a dishwasher as well as an espresso, and a filtered coffee machine are only a few of the available amenities.
Three more bedrooms are available in this magnificent property. Two of them have single beds that can be also used as king-size beds and the last one has a double bed. All bedrooms have closets, mirrors, and a small boudoir for the ladies. The mattresses in all 4 bedrooms are new, anatomic, and constructed with technology that offers a soft feel to the body and support for muscles, while the Bonnel springs give them the ability to stay cool and comfortable.
The apartment has two full bathrooms with showers. Furthermore, in the bigger one, there is a washing machine available, which the guests can use without any extra charge. The first aid kit is also in this bathroom.
One of the advantages of the NI.MA. 1 apartment is its balconies. Long and large balconies with views of the streets, the Fortezza Castle and the Hill of Timios Stavros, and an outdoor dining table with chairs. Thus, our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the sunrise with a delicious cup of coffee or the sunset with a cool glass of wine.
NI.MA. 1 apartment offers its guests a free parking space at a sheltered garage, right opposite the entrance of the building. Besides that, there are free parking spaces on the streets around.
