Welcoming staff, great location and factilities

Pros: Amazing staff, great location, spotlessly clean.
Cons: better selection of teas, better quality hairdryer, a ventilation fan in the shower area of the hotel room to improve ventilation
Location: some great restaurants (Raki Ba Raki, Alana, Zefyros) and places to visit (old port, Fortezza) and plenty of photo ops. all within walking distance
Had an amazing week at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, and gave great recommendations for where to eat and places to visit. Generally the breakfast was lovely, but (and i'm nitpicking here) it would have been nice to have had some tea selections (choice was limited) and some more gluten free breakfast choices (it was a bit repetitive for me). The location was perfect, with everything you need right on the doorstep, from great restaurants, to an array of shops and site seeing opportunities. The hotel swimming pool areas were very pretty, great Wellness Area with a good selection of massages etc. Very pretty hotel, and a pleasure staying there. I would definitely stay again but would choose a different room. We stayed in one of the SPA suites, which looked lovely but slightly impractical...only 2 tiny drawers to unpack clothes in, so i had to hang as much a possible and then leave a lot in the suitcase. Due to a fixed awning over the jacuzzi in the 'garden' area, it meant there wasn't much natural light coming into the room and ventilation was quite poor - the walls would be visibly wet after a shower, which left the room smelling damp. Apart from the above points which i considered minor based on an overall brilliant stay, i have a great time and would highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed with the level of service you receive that's for sure!

Kiva pieni hotelli todella hyvällä paikalla. Hotelli on viihtyisä. Ainoa huono puoli oli, että alimman kerroksen huoneisiin kuului kaikki äänet. Mikäli varaa tämän hotellin niin kannattaa pyytää huoneitä ylemmistä kerroksista.

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Hier stimmt wirklich alles, Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Rethymno und trotzdem ruhig, wunderschöne Anlage und Zimmer. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück und gute Betten. Vor allem aber ein großes Dankeschön an das wunderbar freundliche und immer serviceorientierte Personal, vom Empfang über die Service- und Reinigungskräfte waren alle nett und freundlich sowie stets hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und das Rimondi uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Rauhallinen ja ylellinen hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa. Useita tiloja rentoutumiseen ja palvelu äärimmäisen korkeaa laatua.

Perfekte Lage mitten in den kleinen Gassen!

Uns hat für den 3-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal empfangen, Fragen wurden stets schnellstmöglich beantwortet und man hatte immer einen guten Tip (zb. Parkplatz) für uns parat! Das Frühstück war super und es war für jeden etwas dabei - nur eben nicht in einem Überfluss wie in großen Hotelketten - familiär und qualitativ sehr gut! Dieser Eindruck zog sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt. Einzige Wermutstropfen waren die hörbare Klimaanlage und das subjektiv zu weiche Bett.
