Villa Pegasus leaves nothing to be desired. Our Villa Pegasus was built in one of the most exclusive locations on Crete.
Here you combine an absolutely quiet location with a dream view and proximity to the third largest city on Crete, Rethmnon. Travel time to Rethymnon approx. 10 minutes. To the nearest beach about 15 minutes.

The modern villa stands on a plot of over 2000 square meters and has breathtaking views of the sea, the hinterland and the White Mountains. On the other side you can see the town of Kastellos and the highest mountain in Crete, Psilorits at 2456 m. Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in this dream villa with panoramic views!

The villa is divided over three levels and is partly built in traditional stone construction. It guarantees complete privacy. On the ground floor there is the modern, fully equipped kitchen according to German standards and the dining area.

The living area is also located here. It is equipped with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and satellite TV.
From the kitchen and living room you have access to the 90 sqm terrace via large patio doors. Here you will find a dining area and an additional seating area, which is equipped with high-quality rattan furniture. The terrace is largely shaded with pergolas.

You can reach two bedrooms and two bathrooms via 5 steps. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and is equipped with a box spring bed and satellite TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed and also has a satellite TV. The attached bathroom has a rain shower. From both bedrooms you have direct access to the well-kept garden, terraces and pool.
The third bedroom is in the basement and is particularly spacious. It is equipped with a four-poster bed and of course also has a satellite TV. The attached large bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub. From this bedroom you also have direct access to the garden and pool area.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning.
There are shutters and fly screens on the windows.

The pool is approximately 10 x 4.5 m and has a separate children's pool. The pool area is also equipped with very high quality garden furniture. Here you will also find the secluded outdoor shower with cold and hot water, as well as the private playground with swings and sandpit.
Some of the terraces are equipped with wind protection.

Sunbathe in the Mediterranean garden and enjoy a wonderful barbecue evening on the terrace. A brick barbecue with an outdoor sink is available for you in the garden.

You can park your car under the shaded double carport.

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.

In the winter prices, from November 7th. The final cleaning is included in the price until the end of April. Intermediate cleaning is not included during this time, but can be arranged and will then be charged additionally.

The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights.

The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From 01.05. - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

From 2024 there will be an innovation for tourism:
An eco-tax has been introduced for all guests since January 1, 2024. This is staggered by category and season.
The fee from March 1st to October 31st is €15/night per villa. For the months of November to February 28th the fee is 4.00 euros/night.
The amount must be transferred 4 weeks before arrival directly to the landlord's account, who will pay it to the Greek tax office.
