We booked this through Expedia which had been a great source of accommodations over the years. After staying here, we strongly recommend Expedia remove this unit from their site. We pulled up to what looked like storage units and had to double check the address, this was it. Basically a suite built above a commercial bay, ours was a snow mobile club. First impression, it looked nice but we quickly realized it was lipstick on a pig. The hid a bed mattress was basically a sheet over springs, no person could comfortably sleep on this. It is located in a industrial area so you have security lights and machines clearing snow all night- ugh. If the bedroom blinds had been install correctly, like the living room blinds, they would have helped keep light out. We woke the first morning to water on both window ledges and in the bedroom it had begun to run down the wall. I called the help line to get more towels and an additional mattress, cot, duvet or anything to allow the hid a bed to be usable. The gentleman said they do not have anything, they are simply the managing company and the owners are responsible for any items in the unit. I asked him to please bring towels as we had used some to mop up the water, "I'm on it was his response." That evening we returned to the unit, no towels or signs of anyone being there. We called again, a towel and a duvet was delivered. Additionally some plugs and the bedroom tv didn't work. Shower phone was ready to fall off wall.
