Revelstoke is the place to be if you are looking for any type of outdoor activities! skiing, biking, hiking, golfing, boating, swimming or just sitting outside at a coffee shop! Enjoy staying in a Complex surrounded by the majestic Monashee and Selkirk Mountains giving you a historic vision of living in a beautiful mountain town. A peaceful residential neighborhood approx. 5 minutes away from the RMR, 10 minutes away from the vibrant down town core, 15 minutes from the Golf course, and easy access to and from the Trans Canada Highway.

Our Village has grown into it's own little community, having a grocery store (Summit Market), Liquor Store (Arc Liquor), Home decor Store (Avenue Home + Boutique), Karve Fitness Studio, and to just relax a beautiful coffee shop ( Little Spoon). All located next door on Phase 2 property of Mackenzie Village.
With more amenities being built.

The space

Mackenzie Village Condo - 2018 Build Phase 1- nine hundred and seventy square Foot Condo - 2 Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms (heated floors), Open-concept kitchen connected to dining area and living space. Living room includes an electric wall mounted fireplace.
Enjoy high speed Wi-Fi, and Cable tv with Crave + Movies + HBO Canada

Guest access
Just drive to Garage 6204 . The garage is a one car size big enough to fit a mid size SUV eg: Ford Escape/Edge or a mid size sedan ex: Infinity G35.
Interaction with guests

Prior to arrival communication will occur via vrbo site or Text - if Tim or I are in town we will meet our guests in person, if not we will IM through vrbo or text all necessary details for check in and check out - we will also have family members that live in Revelstoke to help with any other requests.

Other Things to Note - --Upon your arrival you will receive 2 Keys and a yellow visitor parking pass that must be displayed at all times.
Both keys and parking pass must be put back at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will result in $25.00 being held back from your damage deposit.

There is two sets of stairs- one outside and one inside the condo.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Columbia River. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.
