Also near a waterpark and the Life Science Museum, the Legacy Flight Museum (a cool airplane museum!), parks and so many fun things to do such as the BYU Ropes Course where you can test your skill and nerve! Please hang the parking permit from the rearview mirror at all times. The permit is inside the unit and must be returned there at check-out. The HOA monitors parking closely, and vehicles without a permit or parked in reserved or handicap spaces may be subject to enforcement. A $25 USD fee applies if the permit is not returned.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, parking, linens, and towels are included at no extra cost.
A starter supply of essentials is provided upon arrival (paper towels, dish soap and sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner). The kitchen also includes salt, pepper, and a small amount of coffee to get you started. These items are not replenished, so guests are responsible for restocking as needed.
The apartment is family-friendly. A Pack-n-Play is available upon request.
An elevator is available in the building, with access to the gym and upper-level units.
Outdoor common areas and corridors are monitored by security cameras for guest safety only.
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement after booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform (Not ABB). This temporary hold will be released after check-out if all terms are met.
