The Best Stay of My Life! I recently stayed at Motel 6, and I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, setting the tone for an incredible stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. When I mentioned I was traveling to see Yellowstone the staff gave me pointers. The housekeeping team was exceptional, keeping my room spotless and even arranging my toiletries neatly when I left them scattered. Every interaction felt personal and caring. The attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the staff’s outstanding service that made this stay unforgettable. I can’t thank the Motel 6 team enough for making my trip so special. I’ll be back, and I’m already recommending this location to everyone I know! Five stars all the way!

The cleanliness of the room is acceptable when I arrived. The next day I expected the room would have been cleaned and fresh towels would be left with the floor swept and clean but nothing was done. I went to the front desk and asked for a clean towels and told them my room had not been cleaned they apologized and said they would look into it. The next night I stayed they had only left towels that not made up the room in any way. I was very disappointed with housekeeping the hallways were dirty like someone had shaken off a doormat outside their room leaving built in the halls.

I am not sure if the staff members name but she worked Friday night, 07/18, and was in a pickle with a room reservation that was not ours. She is a new employee and handled herself with such professionalism and grace while under stress of having a line in the lobby to tend to. Great hire!

The front desk young man, though helpful and pleasant, looked like he had not showered in a week. His name tag was so old his name had been rubbed off. There was no breafast. The few things in the lobby were all for sale. There were no cups in the room. We had to use our hands to drink water for our meds.

Location was the only great thing. Room was really humid and lowkey uncomfortable. Cheap motel that wasn’t that cheap. Fresh paint and parking lot so that was good. People were nice. Said they would have hot chocolate in the morning but they did not. 11 year old was bummed
