Cosy house in the heart of Downtown Reykjavik - Birta Rentals

Our house is located right in the heart of downtown Reykjavik, everything is easy to walk, pubs, restaurants, shops, etc. We have also Private Parking which is rare these days in the city.
The house is traditional Icelandic house, building in 1904.

Our house in on two floors, on the main floor, you have living room, bathroom and kitchen, and also nice wooden patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee and in the evening BBQ.
On the upper floor we have three bedrooms, main bedroom has King Size bed (180x200cm) , second bedroom has Single bed (120x200cm) and third bedroom has single bed also (90x200cm).
Just so you know owner has a dog but he's not in the house when it's rented out.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
