Amazing! Best hotel in Reykjavik rivaling with the Editon Hotel, but better. Most sophisticated interior design in Reykjavik. Of course luxury comes at a price… and we don’t mind paying $500 for a junior suite. Last year we paid 900 for a larger one. But when we booked an extra night they charged $600 plus for a non refundable without breakfast, which is $70 for two and not that great. One night we ordered room service and they forgot ketchup. So they came back 15 minutes later and charged 3 dollars, made us sight a receipt and didn’t apologize. To get to the point: Luxury with luxury price tags should come with a little generousity and there is none of that which eventually feels more like greed with lack of empathy which gave our favorite nee hotel in the world a nasty aftertaste with no desire to come back. Step it up boys. You have something truly amazing going on there. Learn hospitality.
