Upon entering the villa on the first floor, you are welcomed by a bright and spacious dining and living room, complete with a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for effortless cooking and entertaining.

The master bedroom features a Superior King-Size bed (220×220 cm), an ensuite bathroom with shower, and direct access to a private spa area equipped with a sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub.

Also located on the main floor are Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, each with a Queen-Size bed (160×200 cm). A guest bathroom is conveniently placed near the entrance, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub is located beside the two bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you’ll find Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4, both featuring Double-Size beds (140x200 cm), along with a shared bathroom with shower.
