As the largest rental property on the grounds, this two-story retreat features 6 bedrooms (sleeps 17), two family rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and 4 full bathrooms, making it perfect to rent for small and large groups/families. Enjoy stunning lake views from the expansive lower deck and two balcony decks. Unwind with updated amenities and charming rustic decor throughout, with room to relax, entertain, and connect with nature! The Manor is the ideal lakeside escape!

Guests can enjoy access to Manson Lake for fishing, swimming, and boating, as well as a sandy beach (very clear lake) and three outdoor fire pits. Additional amenities include basketball, pickleball, and sand volleyball courts, kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, a children's playground, and walking paths, making it the perfect place for outdoor relaxation and fun! The cabin is a short drive to supper clubs, golf courses and the charm of small-town coffee shops, breweries, ice cream shoppe, local stores (old and new) and restaurants!


The Space
The Manor has two floors (upper and lower) that are rented separately. Each floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 pull out sofa bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor decks. Comfortably sleeps 9 on the upper floor and 8 on the lower floor. The upper floor also has a sitting room. Each floor has everything you need to cook inside or outside, enjoy coffee (drip and Keurig pods), and relax outside on the decks!

Other Things to Note
Located in an exclusive HOA community, the cabin offers privacy within a small, quiet neighborhood of just 14 cabins, guests have access to shared amenities while enjoying the peaceful ambiance. To get to the cabin and lake, it is an easy drive! If want to run to town, it is a short drive to Tomahawk ~9 miles, Rhinelander ~13 miles, and Minocqua ~27 miles. Manson Lake is approximately 277 acres located in Oneida County with a maximum depth of 54 feet with 2 islands.
