Amarilia House

Amarilia is an incredible apartment that offers an exquisite private swimming pool surrounded by a rich gardening. The house is set at an outskirt of the city of the island, Koskinou Village. The environment is pretty inviting and peaceful, only 10 minute drive away from the closest beach, Kallithea. The property perfectly accommodates up to 6 people.
Amarilia House has 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. There are 2 double bedded rooms as well as one room with twin beds. Also there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The property offers an open plan kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation and a comfortable living area with the sofa and the sitting areas, there is also a double sofa bed. Outdoors, there’s the beautiful private swimming pool with its sunbeds. Also, there’s an incredible sitting area and BBQ facilities to enjoy a gathering with your friends or your family. Amarilia house is ideally located in a wonderful natural setting, with lush grass and blooming flowers. The main courtyard offers the possibility of complete relaxation while enjoying the panoramic view. It should be noted that the owners also live in the same building occasionally to take care of the garden and the pool, which are private without access to anyone other than the guests.

The property is set at the outskirts of Rhodes city, among Koskinou village and Sgourou. At Koskinou Village you can find everything you might need such as, shops, restaurants, car rentals etc. The old Town of Rhodes, which is the oldest inhabited medieval city of Europe, is found at a distance of only a 20 minute drive. Also, the airport of the island is found at proximity of only a 15 minute drive. Of course, you shouldn’t miss visiting Lindos. Lindos acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes is found only in 45 minutes.
