Blue Wave Villas is a modern beachfront property, ideal for relaxing and comfortable holidays in the south part of Rhodes Island. It offers an exquisite private swimming pool and is located just a few steps from the sunny beach of Gennadi. It has two floors and each floor has its own private entrance. It can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends of up to 10 people.
On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Guests will find a sofa bed for two in the spacious living room. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers. You can access the first floor from an outside staircase. On the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms. One of them with a double bed and one with twin beds. Guests will also find on the same floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. There is also another bathroom with a shower. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a relaxing design. There is a free Wi-Fi access throughout the property, and a private parking space. Outdoors, there is a private swimming pool with its sunbeds to relax and enjoy the summer sun. Of course, you have the option of the beach too as it is quite near to the property. There is a BBQ facility to enjoy a gathering with your loved ones as well as a sitting area.
The villa is set in a convenient location that guests can find everything they need such as shops, pharmacies and car rentals. You will find the beach in a few steps where you can enjoy the incredible scenery. The airport of the island is found in a distance of an hour drive away. In addition, you should not miss visiting Prasonisi, which is only a 20-minute drive away. Lindos is found in the distance of only a 30-minute drive. Lindos Acropolis is the most remarkable archaeological site of Rhodes. Of course, another exquisite site of Rhodes is the Old Town of Rhodes, which is found about an hour away.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
