The villa can be easily converted into 2 independent 3-bedroom villas, each with its own kitchen, bathrooms and living area. Therefore, it is ideal for 2 families, going on holidays together, but still seeking autonomy. It is also suitable for larger groups of friends or even wedding parties.

In total, there are: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. In the gardens, you will find a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool. Four bedrooms provide each a double bed and two bedrooms provide each 2 single beds.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms whereas upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.

On the first floor you will also find two bathrooms each with Jacuzzi bath.

The ground floor also features two modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchens with a dining table, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room with a large corner sofa and a large flat smart TV.

Most of the balconies provide sea and pool view and tables and chairs. Last but not least, at the garden area there are private BBQ facilities, tables and chairs and table tennis.
