KALITHEA-HILLS VILLA IN RHODES TOWN x 8 to 12 (pool & sea view)

N.B. There is a main part of the villa, then also an adjacent duplex studio (about 28 m2) -which hasn't got any view on the villa or on the outside areas (except sliding gate and parking) - this studio can be attached to the villa IF THE NUMBER OF GUEST IS MORE THAN 8 simply by opening a door that allows guests to get into the living room from the studio.

That is why if you want to rent ALL THE HOUSE (even if you're not 9) you have to book it for at least 9 people (small extra cost), and automatically the villa will be fully private (up to 12 people).
This studio will be never rented alone: or you pay the extra cost to book it, or I could be there (but I won't be there often, and I can be very discrete).

Once inside the sliding gate there is a parking pergola: on its right side you will find the stairs leading to the villa, whereas if you go straight over this pergola, you will see the ramp to the terrace of the studio entrance.

1)THE STUDIO:
From its terrace you will enter in an area space with kitchenette and a small bathroom. In this area, there is a sofa bed 120 * 190 ("hagalund" Ikea) where can sleep an 12th guest.
At the left side of kitchenette there is a door that will give you access to the living room of the villa. A staircase goes down to a bedroom in semi-basement.
N.B. There is no WC in the semi basement. Please remember: if you book only for up to 8 people, it is possible that I stay in the studio, and we won't cross each other, except to get in from the sliding gate.

2)MAIN PART OF VILLA:

a) GROUND FLOOR:
At left side of entrance hall, there is a small bathroom (WC, shower and a small sink).
Then there are the stairs to get to the first floor or to the semi-basement.
Behind the staircase there is the living room with a large French sliding window, to get onto the curved white terrace below which the swimming pool is located.
At the right side of the entrance you will find the kitchen. Here also a French bay window provides access to the rounded white terrace above the swimming pool (and to the pergola with table and barbecue).
At left side of this white rounded terrace there is a small garden back to the terrace of the studio. Under this terrace you will find the LAUNDRY.
At the right side of the rounded terrace you will go to the terrace with pergola for outside dining (for 10 people), with barbecue and plancha (to grill with olive oil).

The rounded infinity pool, is small (6 * 4) and deep from 1.10 to 1.50. N.B.For your safety, it is strictly forbidden to jump into the swimming pool.

b) FIRST FLOOR:
There is a bathroom with small tub, double sink, WC and bidet. In the corridor, a large wardrobe. Two almost identical master bedrooms, both with a large private terrace enjoying a beautiful panorama.

c) SEMI-BASEMENT:
Downstairs there is an open space area with a bed 150 * 190, for the 7th and 8th guests of the main part of the Villa. From there, you can access to a third room, with twin beds that can be mounted as à king size bed (on request).
This semi-basement area is perfect for young people because there is not any WC in the semi basement, it is at ground floor.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Rhodes villa.
