General terms
· Cleaning service is free only at check in and the rest days on request with extra fee,,

· No pets are allowed
· No parties/events are allowed and because we charge per person ,any extra person that will enter or stay at the property will be charged accordingly,
· Check in at 15:30pm , Early check in is chargeable and subject to availability.,
· Check out at 11:30am, late check out is chargeable and subject to availability.
· In case there are damages or missing items in the apartment, they will be compensated by the guest.
· Also upon your arrival (meaning on your check-in day) there will be a pre-approval(pending/ on hold) (no charge) 1000Eur on your credit card as a guarantee in case of damages. (1000Eur from 1 to 4 guests or 2000Eur from 5 to 8 guests stay),
· Finally please know that at your arrival you will need to pay 8 (eight) euros per night Climate Resilience Tax if it is not already included in the reservation amount that you have made.
