Ideally located just 20 minutes’ walk from the coveted picturesque Ixia Beach, unwind on sunbeds to the sound of calming waves. You’ll find local restaurants and lively bars just a 10 minute stroll away from the villa, and the historical Rhodes Town is merely a 15 minute drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms, lounge and dining room are included.

Villa Costa is a detached property set back from the main coastal road of Ixia, just 15-20 minutes’ walk from Ialyssos and Ixia beaches. Just 10 minutes’ stroll from your villa, you'll find a supermarket and a couple of bars and local restaurants. A further 10 minutes’ walk will take you to the resort centre, where you can indulge in a wider selection of mini markets, restaurants and bars. For an exiting day out, the historical Rhodes Town with ancient architectural structures is less than 15 minutes’ drive away.
