This newly built modern two-storey villa consists of an open plan
living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a
toilet on the ground floor. An inner staircase leads to the first floor
with two double bed bedrooms (one with a balcony and beautiful sea
views) and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Outside includes a
sheltered patio with dining area, private swimming pool with sunbeds,
BBQ area and private off-road parking.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, ornamental
fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi.
There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Pets - not allowed

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
