Villa Fay is an excellent beachfront residence on the beach of Pefkos and offers a private swimming pool along with an easy access to the beach, only in a few steps. The Villa has the best setting for relaxed and pleasant holidays in a convenient location and is perfect for large groups of friends and families up to 10 people.

There are four comfortable, fully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms offers a double bed, the forth bedroom has 1 comfy traditional sofa. The villa also has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a cozy dining area along with 2 modern bathrooms including a shower. Also, guests will find a flat screen and free Wi-Fi access. The outdoor spaces of the villa offer a dreamy swimming pool, equipped with stylish sunbeds so guests can enjoy the island’s soothing sun. Also, the pool is framed by the magnificent sea view and a furnished veranda with sitting area and BBQ facilities that are ideal for gathering with family and friends next to the picturesque Pefkos beach.

You should visit Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 10 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. The villa and its location was excellent, it was nice to get up in the morning a go for a swim before a shower and breakfast. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities. The outside space provided an excellent area for the family for relaxing and sunbathing. We would highly recommend the villa and location.

Perfect location right on the beach

We are two families staying together with our four daughters. This was a perfect house for everyone. The garden is a comfortable haven with gates straight onto the beach. Well equipped and comfortable. Could use a fan above the outdoor table, though!

Lovely villa on the beach.

Our group of four couples stayed at Villa Fay for a week in April. The property is in a very nice location with direct access to the beach, and has all the facilities for which one could wish. The outdoor space is particularly lovely, comprising a large patio, a well-manicured lawn, tables, chairs, sun-beds and a large barbecue. The surrounding area was very quiet when we were there, as the season had only just started, but there are a couple of local shops and tavernas a five-minute walk away. The village of Lardos is approximately 2 kilometers from the property and has some nice places to shop, eat and drink. The owners were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering staying there.
