Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 99cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 85cm wide. The pool area is reasonably flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. There is a raised sun lounger spot at the back of the pool. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 78cm, whilst the ensuite shower room door is 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
