Maison avec tout le confort et nécessaire à disposition, très propre et fonctionnelle.Le panorama est magnifique sous tout les angles de la propriété. Marco et Manuela aiment leur maison et ça se ressens sur l’entretien du domaine.

Enorm genoten!

Marco en Manuela zijn fantastische hosts. Ze geven tips, denken mee en zijn heel vriendelijk. Alles is schoon en netjes. Het uitzicht op de bergen is geweldig! We moesten het zwembad delen met nog een gezin en de eigenaren. Dit bleek geen probleem, al dachten we vooraf dat het een privé zwembad zou zijn. Met een half uur sta je op het strand. De grotten van Toirano zijn ook een bezoekje waard.

Enttäuschend!

Die Unterkunft erfüllte lediglich in Punkto Lage unsere Erwartungen! Bei näherer Betrachtung war die Unterkunft und Anlage leider sehr enttäuschend. Kinderfreundlichkeit: Für krabbelnde Kinder nicht zu empfehlen!! Für Babys, die sich noch nicht fortbewegen und ältere Kinder, mag die Anlage kinderfreundlich sein. Aber nicht für Kinder im Krabbelalter. Der Abstand vom Zaun ist so groß, dass unsere Tochter durchkrabbeln und runter fallen hätte können (Hanglage). Giftige Pflanzen waren in Reichweite von ihr. Beim Raßenmährobboter muss man aufpassen, dass er nicht zu nah an die kleinen Kinderhände kommt. Die Rutsche war völlig dreckig und voller Ameisen. Das Spielhaus halb zusammen gefallen. Ein Trampolin haben wir nicht gesehen. Sauberkeit: Des Weiteren hat es in der Unterkunft modrig / schimmelig gerochen - vor allem von der Matratze im Schlafzimmer ausgehend. Die Bettbezüge haben ebenfalls modrig und staubig gerochen. Bettzeug für das Kinderbett war nicht vorhanden - lediglich die Matratze, die schmutzig und fleckig war. In der Dusche fanden wir Schimmelflecken vor. Wir konnten nicht schlafen, da wir nicht richtig atmen konnten wegen den genannten Gegebenheiten. Unsere Tochter hat die ganze Zeit gehustet, wenn wir im Haus waren. Das ist mit Kind einfach nicht tragbar. Deshalb sind wir nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist. Als Entgegenkommen wurde uns ein Aufenthalt angeboten, wenn unsere Tochter dann grösser sei und die Anlage besser für sie geeignet! (Löst die eigentlichen Themen nicht) Schade, hatten uns so auf den Urlaub gefreut!

A place to relax and feel at home, perfect with children

Very friendly hosts and many thoughtful details in the apartment that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, especially with the little children. Beautiful estate, quiet and with great views.

Vacanza perfetta!

Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni fantastici in questa casetta, dove non manca alcun confort. Ogni giorno si può scegliere tra passeggiate nei boschi, una capatina alle spiagge, visite ai musei locali o una pausa rilassante in piscina. Alla fine della vacanza ci è dispiaciuto partire!

Sehr gut...wie immer!

Das vierte Mal,diesmal Mitte Mai mit eher schlechtem Wetter, und trotzdem gut. Marco ist der beste Gastgeber den man sich vorstellen kann und das Haus bietet alle Möglichkeiten auch mal verregnete Tage dort zu verbringen. Danke Marco, Danke Manuela!

Wunderbarer Ort

Wir waren für eine Woche zu dritt an diesem wunderbaren Ort. Neben der tollen Aussicht ist uns die Ruhe in Erinnerung geblieben. Da die Straße in Rialto endet gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Man kann Vögel, einen Esel, einen Hahn, Frösche und viele andere Naturgeräusche hören. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es den Hund Toto, die Katze Roger, das Huhn Paula und Schildkröten. Unser Sohn hatte sehr viel Spass im und am Pool, meine Frau konnte ausgiebig Lesen und ich habe die Biketrails um Rialto (Rollercoaster, Nato Base) genossen. Das Gästehaus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Meer, was wir nicht vermisst haben, ist mit dem Auto in etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Marco und Manuela sind tolle Gastgeber.

Wer die Ruhe liebt...

... ist hier gut aufgehoben! Ein Haus in wunderbarer Lage, perfekte Gastgeber, absolute Ruhe, unzählige Freizeitmöglichkeiten und das umtriebige Leben am Meer nur einen Katzensprung entfernt! Wir waren schon öfter hier und in der näheren Umgebung - wir kommen sicher wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marco. La propriété est très propre et agréable. Elle est bien agencée et la piscine très appréciable. La localisation est idéale si l'on recherche le calme, les randonnées en forêt. Le lac d'Osiglia vaut le détour. La mer et les plages sont à 20 minutes en voiture. De nombreux petits villages sont à visiter aux alentours ainsi que le front de mer. Marco est très accueillant et apporte volontiers des renseignements à ceux qui le demandent. Toto ("The Guide"), rend régulièrement visite à ses hôtes pour chercher quelques caresses et pourquoi pas quelques morceaux de fromage! Nous conseillons cette location. Famille bretonne

Abbiamo visitato Marco e Manuela per la seconda volta quest'anno. Sono padroni di casa molto gentili e disponibili e hanno sempre un orecchio aperto per le domande! Noi e i nostri figli abbiamo nel cuore! La proprietà, la piscina, l'appartamento e la piccola casa sono molto belle e ben tenute. Non vediamo l'ora della nostra prossima visita :-)

Sehr gut 'wie immer'!

Auch das dritte mal war toll hier. Wir sind jetzt einmal im Frühjahr, einmal im Spätsommer und dieses Jahr halt im Herbst hier gewesen. Und jede Jahreszeit hat ihren Reiz. Nur das Haus ist wie immer groooßartig! Und Marco, der Vermieter / Gastgeber auch! Mal schauen wann wir nächstes Jahr kommen. Aber hinfahren tun wir bestimmt! Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

Super Urlaub in den Bergen!

Wir verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub bei Marco im new House! Alles war wie angegeben, super sauber und schön eingerichtet! Besonders toll sind die Terassen und der Pool. Uns und unserem 9 Monate alten Sohn hat es sehr gut gefallen :)

Splendida vacanza

Il soggiorno in quel di Rialto è stato incantevole. La casa si trova in una collina non distante dalle spiagge liguri. E' una vera oasi di pace dove si respira un'aria fresca e leggera, il posto ideale per godersi un po' di tranquillità e per rigenerare lo spirito. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il giardino curato che si trova alle spalle della casa e che consente di passare pomeriggi rilassanti, tra la sedia a sdraio su cui prendere il sole e l'ombra della tettoia in legno dove godersi il fresco leggendo un buon libro. L'appartamento è molto ben strutturato. La piscina, che rimane coperta durante la notte, è molto bella e la temperatura dell'acqua la rende molto invitante. Il proprietario, Marco, è una persona squisita e alla mano. Ci sentiamo di consigliare a tutti una vacanza in questo luogo così bello!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten und Swimmingpool

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Das Anwesen ist komplett umzäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen könnte. Der Garten ist riesig und mit Tischkicker, Tischtennis, Trampolin, Rutsche, Schaukel und Spielhaus super ausgestattet. Wir haben das aber gar nicht so oft genutzt, da unsere Kinder (1,5 und 3,5 Jahre) lieber die Zeit im Pool verbracht haben. Dieser ist sehr kindgerecht, weil er über flache Stufen betreten werden kann. Es gibt auch mehrere Grillmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände. Wir haben gleich dreimal den Grill angeheizt. Echt toll. Das schönste aber war, dass man abseits von dem Touristentrubel war und seine Ruhe hatte. Zum Strand war es nicht sehr weit. Ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto und eine knappe Stunde mit dem Rad. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist zudem Marco, der Vermieter. Er kümmert sich sehr und war immer für einen Spaß zu haben. Was vor allem bei den Kindern gut ankam. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden diese sicherlich selbst bald nochmal buchen :)

A very nice house in the middle of a great nature

We had a really good time and enjoyed our holydays at this nice location in Liguria. The property resides on an hillside which guaranteed the sun the whole day and invites to join the nice pool or to use the BBQ. Nevertheless there are some shady places under trees which invites to relax. The "New House" has an air conditioning and its own calm corner outside which is partly roofed. Marco is a great and attentive host and gave us some interesting hints for instance whether hiking trails, nice villages or where the best beach is. The environs of Rialto is typical Italy, strikingly clean and has great possibilities for hiking or mountain biking. All in all very nice. We will come again.

Wunderbar

Ein sehr schöner Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, mit liebevoll angelegten Sitzplätzen für Morgen- und Abendsonne, Blick in die Berge und aufs Meer, zwei eifrig scharrende Hühner, die zu beobachten sehr beim Entschleunigen hilft, Teenager sind dank Pool und Wlan auch gechillt - und ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zugewandter Vermieter Marco. Das New House selbst ist praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Danke! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Julia&Christian&2Teenies
