This holiday home is located in the commune of Rians on 1,200 m² of south-facing land planted with trees. It is located at the end of a private road, surrounded by lots of greenery. Its peaceful location, close to nature, in a typical Provencal village, makes this house the ideal holiday home for those seeking peace and quiet and for nature lovers.
The house is surrounded by beautiful grounds planted with trees. In the garden, under a large oak tree, there is a shady garden furniture area that invites you to sit in groups and eat al fresco. The lovely 10 x 5 metre swimming pool is a great place to cool off on a hot summer's day.
This 98 m² house has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, and sleeps six people. The generously appointed living room has a beautiful fireplace and a cosy dining area. The large glass doors let in plenty of light and air. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as a cooker, microwave and dishwasher. All three bedrooms have a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a separate toilet.
The village has shops, restaurants and medical assistance. The weekly market opens every Friday morning. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for hiking. Also nearby is the Verdon nature park with its famous gorges and the beautiful villages of the Luberon. Even friends of culture find their way here. Aix-en-Provence, the city of art and culture, is just a 35-minute drive away and invites you to take a stroll.
