Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und großem Garten

Bonjour, das Ferienhaus ist wirklich groß und gerĂ€umig und wir 5 hatten alle genug Platz. Der Garten ist ebenfalls groß, gepflegt und lĂ€dt mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen ein. Äpfel, Birnen und Pflaumen gab es immer pflĂŒckfrisch vom alten Obstbaumbestand. Nachbarn gibt es nur an einer Seite, die hat man allerdings selten gesehen. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße und es ist zu Fuß nicht weit zum BĂ€cker und zum Bio-Markt. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto rund 14 Minuten und mit dem Wasser-Bus nach Lorient ĂŒberzusetzen ist einfach nur toll. Im gesamten Umkreis gibt es viel zu erleben und viel zu sehen. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Idéal pour séjour en famille et visite de la région

Maison agrĂ©able, trĂšs pratique, bien agencĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e avec un grand jardin et son verger. Bonne situation avec commerces facilement accessibles mais aussi Lorient et les sites touristiques (Riantec, Port-Louis, presqu'Ăźle de GĂąvres, la ria d'Etel, Hennebont 
) Bien pratique avec des enfants en particulier son garage-cave avec ses jeux mis Ă  disposition a permis Ă  ces derniers de disposer d’un large espace de jeu pour les jours maussades. PropriĂ©taire trĂšs accueillante et sympathique, merci pour le panier d’accueil. Le linge de maison et les lits faits sont un vrai plus. Y avons passĂ© une agrĂ©able quinzaine en famille, nous y retournerons.

Grande maison confortable avec quelques points à améliorer

Cette maison un peu datĂ©e mais rĂ©novĂ©e il y a quelques annĂ©es mĂ©rite : - d'investir dans un sĂšche linge - une rĂ©vision de plusieurs fenĂȘtres difficiles Ă  ouvrir ou refermer et de tiroirs dans la cuisine et dans une chambre PropriĂ©taire trĂšs sympa et rĂ©active. N' a pas hĂ©sitĂ© Ă  venir nous mettre le chauffage en route . Et la fourniture du linge de maison et les lits faits Ă  notre arrivĂ©e CA S'EST SUPER!!! MalgrĂ© le temps maussade nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour avec des possibilitĂ© de marches Ă  Riantec et alentours.

Merci Laurence, merci aussi à votre monsieur pour votre accueil et la qualité de nos échanges. Votre maison est super pour accueillir une grande famille ou 2 petites familles, avec enfants. Tout est prévu en équipement et elle est propre. Je recommande sans réserve et je vous souhaite une bonne saison. Un bémol toutefois, c'est l'entrée de la maison située juste à un carrefour et la cour qui n'offre pas de débat de chaque cÎté quand la voiture y est stationnée. Mais vous n'y pouvez rien.
