Detached house completed in 2013, 250 m2, 2 floors, traditional Asturian building with stone and chestnut, chestnut floors except in bathrooms that are of tropical wood, but modern inside and decorated with care.

Sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms with double 1.50 and a room with two beds 90, all with bath. The decor of the bathrooms is integrated into the room. They are very cute and stylish. The lingerie is cotton and down duvets virgin recommended for asthmatic and allergic to house dust. Some furniture is antique. The windows and balconies of the rooms and living room have screens.

Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven and dishwasher), guest toilet, living room with home cinema, TV, DVD, CD; spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, TV and internet via Wifi connection. The kitchen and living room have access to a nice porch and garden, plus plenty of light due to large windows with wonderful views. The porch has two different areas: one to eat with sink, table and chairs and another with sofas to relax while reading a book, enjoy the pleasant sunsets overlooking the Cantabrian Sea, nature or the Japanese garden. In front of the porch there is also a large wooden table in the shade of a leafy oak.

The house has a nice night outdoor lighting.

The stay in the house is very comfortable thanks to its good acoustic and thermal insulation. The biomass heating floors in the 2 floors, the healthiest according to WHO, allows even heat without drying the environment and avoid the creation of dust and mites, something people with allergies appreciate.
In addition, the show also features closed fireplace in traditional style, while takes on special importance in the decoration of the room, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

The area is also known by the Sella river which occurs in August Sella or Feast of Les Piragües. There are multiple active tourism companies that organize outdoor activities, from horseback riding to quad biking, mountain biking and canoeing and kayaking on the river Sella.
