Completely modernized, with a huge balcony throughout the apartment, this accommodation has everything you will need. From a large SMART TV, a desk if you need to catch up on your emails... and much more!
Please note that common areas are shared, namely the outdoor swimming pool and gym as well as the laundry area. You must respect other guests and the rules of the accommodation. ( ex. No Smoking ).
At the present moment there is construction in the surrounding areas. When booking, you are aware of this and agree to proceed with the respective booking.
When booking, you will be agreeing to these terms as well as having to respect all house rules as stated in all booking sites and portals
The pool will be heated in winter between 1st October and 31st March, this is already included in the price.
Check-in time is from 4 pm. Check-in before 4 pm is subject to availability. The following fees apply for check-in after :
- 22:00 to 00:00 - €20.00
- from 00:00 is 40,00€
Check outs until 10:00 am. Check-out after 10:00 am is subject to availability.
