Don’t let first impressions get to you

First impressions are not great and the rooms are basic, but the staff are out of this world and incredibly helpful. Reception staff spoke very good English. One young female staff member didn’t but still helped me with my Uber with the assistance of Google Translate. Food in the restaurant again was basic but very good. Breakfast was fabulous.

Bastante agradável

O hotel é modesto mas mto bem cuidado. Impecável na limpeza, todos itens do quarto funcionam bem (ar condicionado, chuveiro, tv) Precisei apenas pernoitar e nem podia esperar o café, mesmo assim o recepcionista assou pães de queijo pra mim e minha família mesmo antes do horário.

Check in ok, cordial, quarto simples, mas amplo, cama king boa, chuveiro moderno bom, limpeza ok, ponto positivo não cobram taxas extras para pets. Negativo: um pouco de barulho passa pelas portas, café simples, precisa colocar ovos mexidos e mais bolos, devido preço outros concorrentes tem um café com estrutura melhor de alimentos. Atendimento bom. Estacionamento amplo. Acho que o valor pago não condiz com estrutura, melhor rever tarifa ou estrutura e condições do hotel para fazer valer o valor pago.

Traveled from US and had reservations for 2 rooms. Only one room was available even though THEIR paperwork clearly showed 2 rooms. There was a tour bus parked out front. Obviously they gave the room away. Left and found another hotel.

O hotel tem todas as condições para melhorar.

Achei o hotel razoável. O café da manhã é ótimo. A limpeza é razoável, os azulejos do boxe poderiam ser mais bem esfregados. É preciso colocar mais um cesto de lixo nos apartamentos, não gosto de misturar lixo sanitário com casca de frutas, por exemplo, então pedi mais um cesto, e para o lixo descartável, arrumamos uma sacolinha plástica. Também falta manutenção nos apartamentos: as portas estão com caruncho, é preciso colocar veneno; a madeira dos móveis e das portas está toda descascada e faltando verniz.
