Ponto positivo: Hotel muito bom, segunda vez que me hospedo, quarto grande, bom café da manhã, limpeza adequada, estacionamento agora está coberto, acesso livre. Oferece café expresso, balas e água saborizada na recepção. Ponto negativo: Apesar de ser em Ribeirão, mesmo com o calor a piscina é gelada, não dá pra usar, e o bar da piscina nunca tem ninguém. É uma área de lazer "desperdiçada". Se a piscina tivesse aquecimento solar e tivesse um funcionário no bar da piscina, esse espaço com certeza seria melhor aproveitado.
