At 7 meters from the sea, composed of kitchen-living room with sofa bed for one and a half square which leads to a mezzanine with two separate beds, spacious double bedroom with access to an outdoor patio, bathroom with shower. Spacious covered veranda and large garden directly on the sea

Common spaces
All the villas are finely furnished and equipped with mosquito nets; each kitchen is equipped with appliances (oven, fridge, freezer) and well equipped with all necessary utensils; the houses have a spacious covered veranda, protected by automatic awnings with sun wind sensor and equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, deck chairs and comfortable sun lounger.
A comfortable covered parking space is reserved for each cottage.
Our customers will also be provided with a drying rack for clothes, two beaches and an umbrella to take to the beach.
Available to all customers we have prepared a laundry and ironing room with 2 washing machines under the coin acceptor.
The various gardens, present around the entire structure and accessible to all the customers of the villas, are equipped with games for children in a baby-park space, hammock and rocking sofa, barbecue areas and tables, smoking areas, benches and gazebos .
